If you\u2019ve never heard of it before, the multi functional headwear has a dazzling array of uses, from a scarf, to a sweatband, a hat or, my personal favourite at the moment, a rather snazzy hairband.<\/p>\n<p>This video neatly sums up a few ways to wear your Buff.<\/p>\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"New Henry Demonstrates Original BUFF\u00ae\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/e-dE3WFaObk?start=117&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">When I was first asked by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kitshack.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kitshack<\/a>, the official UK Buff distributors, if I wanted to try something from their Spring\/Summer collection, I was overwhelmed by the choice! There are so many cool designs, but I stayed true to my heart and went for this gorgeous camping print.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6373\" style=\"width: 910px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6373\" class=\"size-large wp-image-6373 lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" alt=\"\" data-src=\"http:\/\/www.nezam-hormozgan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_8080-01-1024x683-1.jpeg\"><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-6373\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">I love the design of my Buff, perfect for me!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>I hate conventional, bulky scarves, but this is a different beast. Made with Coolmax Extreme, it\u2019s light and comfortable and wicks moisture away effortlessly. It also has high UV protection, in the rare event that we actually see any sun this year. The weather has been strange lately, alternating between warm and sunny, rainy, cold, rainy, windy and rainy (often in the same day). The Buff is perfect for these changeable days! On cooler days, I\u2019ve worn it around my neck to keep the cold breeze out, I\u2019ve worn it as a hairband when running or walking, especially when it\u2019s been warmer and I want to keep my hair out of my face. I did briefly wear it in a headscarf type style, but Luke refused to be seen with me (I might have looked like an old lady but I liked it, it was very practical). In fact, I\u2019m starting to think about kit for my<a href=\"http:\/\/thehelpfulhiker.com\/2017\/03\/06\/walking-challenge-lullaby-trust\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> 50 mile walk<\/a> next month, and safe to say this was the first thing I wrote down. I have also just seen that they do child sizes, and even a dog version.
